THE PRESENTATION:

Seizing the opportunity to give presentations or conduct seminars in the business world can make or break a career or a business. One of the most important opportunities a person can take advantage to promote themselves (or their organization) is to speak in front of an audience. Might be an audience of five hundred, or an audience of one. However, the biggest obstacle facing them is the fear of public speaking.

Careers and deals are made in the blink of an eye. Decision makers trust confidence. So how does one overcome the fear, the panic, and the crazy-bad nerves that make knees shake and voices tremble? Overcoming the fear that causes panic is vitally important to climbing the corporate ladder and to business success. Of course, you need to be prepared by knowing your presentation material, being confident in your speaking, and ready to take on the tough follow-up questions. But the nerves, the anxiety, the panic that sets in… it can be overcome. In this 50-minute presentation, I use my communications expertise and experience to help identify panic buttons and overcome the fear of public speaking. I empower individuals with techniques to reduce the fear and channel the anxiety into a positive and creative process. Attendees will walk away with easy-to-use tools for engaging audiences with authority and confidence.
